Lamb Shank Navarin | Spring Vegetables

We like to welcome the pring season each year with this classic French dish.  Our overnight braise creates tender lamb shanks and a rich aromatic sauce. Served with a selection of vegetables including asparagus and potato .  Available April 6th through 8th.

Ingredients: Lamb shank, onion, celery, carrot, veal stock, red wine, garlic, rosemary, thyme, parsley, asparagus, leeks, carrots, potato, red pepper, zucchini, s & p
