Thirty three years ago we wrapped up our first plum pudding for sale in the shop.  The recipe remains unchanged and a holiday favourite for families throughout the Ottawa valley and beyond!  Gift wrapped and includes heating instructions.  

Add our butter hard sauce flavoured with brandy and orange.

Ingredients

flour, eggs, vegetable shortening, raisins, dried currants, water, brown sugar, cinnamon, ginger, cloves, salt, brandy, orange juice, orange zest, candied mix peel

Hard sauce: butter, icing sugar, vanilla, nutmeg, rum, brandy, orange concentrate, orange zest
