Store Pickup and Delivery FAQs

Do you have a retail shop and is it open to the public?

We have a food shop located at 357 St. Laurent Boulevard.  Please see our most up to date store hours here.  Please note that we have social distancing protocols in place and the city of Ottawa has mandated wearing masks.

 

How do I arrange for a pick-up?

When you are ready to check out you will be given a choice between store pick-up and delivery.  When you choose store pick-up, you will be able to choose an available window that works best for you.  Orders must be placed the day prior.

 

What times are available for store pick-up?

We have pick up available Monday through Saturday from the time we open until thirty minutes prior to close.  When you check out, you will be able to select an available time that is convenient for you.

 

What do I do when I arrive for my store pick-up?

Please enter the store and speak with one of our retail associates. They will need your name and order number. 

 

I would like my order delivered. How do I arrange for delivery? Do you have a minimum order for delivery?

When you check out you will be able to choose a delivery date that is convenient for you.  We delivery Tuesday through Thursday between 10:00am and 2:00pm.  Our minimum purchase for delivery is $60.00. Please note we have limited delivery slots each day.  The price for delivery is $18.

 

What is your delivery zone? What if my neighbourhood is outside of your delivery zone?

We are currently delivering to limited neighbourhoods in Ottawa.  You will be asked to enter your postal code for delivery availability. Please call us directly for assistance with delivery outside of our zone.

 

What if I have food allergies?

We have listed all product ingredients along with the product descriptions.  Most of our products are labelled with ingredients.  We also include a quick reference for products that are dairy free (DF), gluten free (GF), vegetarian (V) or vegan (VG).  Cross contamination is a risk and we cannot guarantee our products don’t have trace amounts of other ingredients.

  

How do I reheat your food?

Our products have reheating instructions on their packaging. 

 

Is your packaging sustainable?

All our food packaging is either compostable or recyclable.  Our entrees are packaged in microwave and oven safe compostable containers.  Simply deposit into your green bin.  Our boxes and plastic containers are all recyclable.
