One of our most popular pasta dishes.  A rich cardamom spiced lamb ragu with pancetta and orange.  Served with pasta and topped with peppery ricotta.  Available February 25th through March 2nd. Sunday, in store only, while quantities last.

Ingredients:  ground lamb, pancetta, onion, carrot, celery, garlic, tomato paste, white wine, milk, fennel seed, cardamom, orange, mint, s/p, ricotta. durum semolina
