Our mushroom strudel makes an appearance on most of our holiday menus, it is that special. Wild mushrooms plus the addition of asiago cheese and cream, create a rich vegetarian main course., We also love it as a side dish or a first course starter.

Button mushrooms, oyster mushrooms, portobello mushrooms, onion, asiago cheese, butter, red wine, garlic, thyme, egg, cream, puff pastry (flour, vegetable oils)
