One of our original recipes, this tender lamb tagine has a complex wine sauce accented with olive, apricot, chickpea and tomato.

Lamb, onion, tomato pulp, red wine, chickpeas, carrots, zucchini, green olives, apricot, cornstarch, garlic, canola oil, Moroccan spice (cumin, coriander, ginger, chili, turmeric, cinnamon, clove) salt and pepper.
