Ingredients:  turkey breast, brine, foccacia bread, onion, chicken stock, rosemary, thyme, parsley, pan drippings. Potato, cream, s/p. Chutney: cranberry, pear, onion, allspice, nutmeg, red pepper flakes, brown sugar, whiskey, ginger.
